Have you sent your application for assistant GM in charge of trades to the Stars? I have to believe they would hire you, since you are clearly 3x smarter than anyone there.

It's not a lack of resources, they obviously have those but an assistant GM is only a 6 figure job, 250k-ish a year last I knew.

And that's fine, has nothing to do with being a genius or not. For a lot of people it's a hell of a salary. I run my own company, it would be a significant pay cut, though probably a lot less stressful.
