Behold, the willful obliviousness of a Jean-Luc Melanchon voter when the topic turns to Jews lol.

Yes, yes, those two Brits in the article above. Clearly Maccabi hooligans. And that poor man above being hounded about being a Jew and getting knocked out despite protesting that he wasn’t (clearly his attackers just needed the stench to identify him). Accosting random Ukrainians and demanding their papers to check if he’s a Jew? Could swear I’ve heard that one before.

Again, no surprise you would defend that. More of the same from you.

Owen Jones

The lengths to go to just to defend roving gangs looking to identify Jews to harass and beat them.

awfully nice of the Dutch to now prosecute some Moroccans after certain fans were 'evacuated'

Seems like there were idiots on both sides.
There always are.

Roma ultras were literally stabbing people and didn’t get a season’s UEFA away ban.

Oh, certainly no surprise on that usual suspect defending stopping random people on the street to check if they’re a Jew before beating them.
I apologize on behalf of Europeans. It seems like antisemitism is Europe's favourite pastime, people learn nothing from history

False equivalence

Ukrainians don't commit terrorist attacks in Russia or take hostages from random concerts in Russia

This guy is such a fantastic moron. His world views are some how worse than his football takes. What a stain on this website.

I mean, I support Ukraine but from a Russian perspective that wouldn't be true, there are Ukrainian troops inside Russia and drone attacks are made on Russian soil regularly.

Y'all gonna get this whole thread burnt down anyhow

The leader of the pro-Ukraine "Russian Volunteer Corps" that have committed controversial attacks in Russia is a former CSKA Moscow (and 1. FC Köln) hooligan that got residence in Germany due to his Jewish ethnicity, but lost it because of his continued hooligan activities and then went to fight in Ukraine. During EURO 2016 he led the severe Russian hooligan attacks against English fans in Marseille.

Still scoreless between Heidenheim and Chelsea after 25 mins, but Wanner just had a good chance, fooling Casadei and Disasi, but Jorgensen made a block save of his powerful shot.

And soon after that Nkunku chipped over the bar.

Wanner is pretty amazing, I gotta say.

By moving the way he did, Mudryk actually made that seem less like a penalty. If he kept running normally, he would’ve been cleared out and it would’ve been stonewall.

6500 Bodø/Glimt supporters at Old Trafford today in the Manchester united- Bodø/Glimt game, that's a new record for away fans in a European Cup Tournament at Old Trafford. Bodø has around 50.000 inhabitants.

Was thinking to myself the other day, "does it make sense for Fernandes to go into the double pivot of the 3-4-3 and have Mount in that half-space spot he was good in under Tuchel? Can Fernandes be as influential as ever as an orchestrator when a little deeper, and maybe Mount can get into a rhythm in a familiar sorta role?"

I guess Anorim was listening. Curious to see how this ends up looking.

Yes there's obviously an element of "is this his level?" to Mudryk's performances in Europe, but IMO what's far more important is that his performances in Europe show the crucial role which mental vibes play to his game.

You can tell in these UECL matches that he's feeling himself, that he's confident and buzzing and enjoying himself, and it reads in his play. That finish was so unnecessarily emphatic. That is the finish of a guy who knows he's talented. I hope he can bring that vibe into the league.
