Wow. The 22nd was a busy day for the Stingrays, Thunder, and Walleye. Is that normal for most ECHL teams? I am used to Wheeling doing it individually.

Olathe, KS City Council approves KC Mavericks’ owner Lamar Hunt Jr.’s new entertainment development, which includes a 5k seat arena. The Mavs will, most likely, stay put on the MO side of the metro. Rumor is LHJr will bring a NAHL3 team to KC (though KC would fit nicely in the USHL footprint).

Based on past history with that owner & that region's developer attempts to gain him as a tenant (e.g., KC Star-Lamar Hunt Jr. on the verge of bringing another hockey team to Kansas City area, KSHB-Hockey arena face-off), I do hope you are tempering your enthusiasm.
