Ducks will likely be signing prospect Artyom Galimov
This is honestly shocking.
Even with the season he’s having? Or is the part that shocks you that Galimov is apparently interested in coming over? This is honestly shocking.
Both, I guess? He struck me as a player who would probably be a pretty good AHL guy, and that wouldn't be enough to entice him to come over.Even with the season he’s having? Or is the part that shocks you that Galimov is apparently interested in coming over?
I do not watch him play, so I don't have any sort of scouting report. My surprise is geopolitical and financial.A brief stat browse doesn't have me very impressed, do you know more about this prospect?
Nice, seems like he’s having a strong KHL season.32 thoughts.

Eh he’s kinda killing it this year in KHL, top 10 In league.A brief stat browse doesn't have me very impressed, do you know more about this prospect?
His contract would have to be bought out to come over immediately.Based off how he plays, I could see Galimov taking Fabbri’s spot once he’s gone. There are still 20+ games left in the KHL regular season, so I have no idea if they can bring him over now or if they have to wait until Galimov’s season is over.
I figured. Which is why it’s curious that this info is coming out now.His contract would have to be bought out to come over immediately.
Is he any good?I figured. Which is why it’s curious that this info is coming out now.
It would be very surprising if he became an NHL regular. He's slight and has had major consistency issues. Is he any good?
You literally just said: “I do not watch him play, so I don't have any sort of scouting report.”It would be very surprising if he became an NHL regular. He's slight and has had major consistency issues.
But, he has obvious skill and has put together a really strong season, so maybe he is putting it all together. Certainly worth a swing considering our lack of forward skill.
So I'm hearing we have the next Kaprizov? Nice. I look forward to being as mediocre as the Minnesota Wild.
Was that a scouting report? They said he’s slight, which is true, has consistency issues, which is apparent just looking at his stats, and that “maybe” he’s putting it together based off his production this season. You literally just said: “I do not watch him play, so I don't have any sort of scouting report.”
This is based on scouting reports of people who do watch him. There are those in his draft thread on the prospects board if you would like to read for yourself. Not much of a reach anyhow. You literally just said: “I do not watch him play, so I don't have any sort of scouting report.”

Well shit!Rights notwithstanding, I don't even consider Galimov to be a Ducks prospect any more.
