So Austria will have two clubs in the CL, doubt thats happened before? Surprised at how relatively easy Sparta beat Malmo. Young Boys make the CL despite their early struggles domestically
Lille look like the crowd has gotten to them, I've never seen Chevalier misplace so many passesWeird how this game is nowhere close to the first leg.
Things are going better now even though Slavia just had a big chance. They have more control.Lille look like the crowd has gotten to them, I've never seen Chevalier misplace so many passes
Great match tbf. Another post from Slavia s great number 10.Or maybe not over...
Absolutely shameful game from Lille. Not even trying to defend.Great match tbf. Another post from Slavia s great number 10.
Is it first time a slovakian team made Champions League? What a turnaround for Slovan! With ex Dinamo Zagreb bench player Marko Tolic playing a big role Though looking at their squad it’s basically the Slovakian NT from 10 years ago (Weiss, Kucka, Mak etc lol)

Whats the deal with vålerenga btw? Big team from Oslo but never wins the title in the Norwegian Leauge. Is it first time a slovakian team made Champions League?
Bodø/Glimt failed against Red Star. Deserved victory for Crvena Zvedza. Probobaly the toughest draw possible also for B/G, a good Red star team at home.
B/G has a decent chanche though to make a good figure in EL, with easier oponents than CL, and a good chanche to pick up many country coefficient points for Norway in EL.
Some team called Petrzalka qualified in 2005 and got some draws
It is Bodø/Glimt and Molde that have dominated in Norway the later years. Coastal towns with by norwegian standards lots of financial resources. Bodø/Glimt being sponsored by rich fishing companies, and Molde supported by big oil company Aker. Those two can buy any player they want on the norwegian market.Whats the deal with vålerenga btw? yeah but Vålerenga last gold was in 2005, before that it was in 1984. Oslo should do better. It is Bodø/Glimt and Molde that have dominated in Norway the later years. Vålerenga is in a rebuilding period after last years relegation. They're leading divison 1 by good margin and have taken 34 out 36 points on their last 12 matches. So we'll see them back in next years norwegian top league. Vålerenga don't have the financial muscles to be a top team a.t.m, maybe a sub top team from 3-6 with good management at the moment the coming seasons.
