Nice write-up on him

Slightly nervous they don't love his skating. If you're not quick enough to gain separation and not strong enough to not need it, it's a tough league. But we'll see. Obviously it being a late pick makes it easy to accept weaknesses.

he’s prob Bracco or Phillips but in the 7th who cares. Will be fun to have a prospect who’s in the Hobey running a few times

If he can run rampant over the AHL and help other guys I'd consider that a win in the 7th!

His dad played a handful games with the Oilers and Thrashers. The old man is listed at 5'11, 198 during his playing days so there may be some slight growth potential there yet.

Sheary was a undrafted pickup.

Not that I hate this pick, the size is always a stickler. It takes quality players to make it as a undersized player in the NHL.
Negatives seem to be size and explosiveness in skating. Sheary was also small and fell down a lot, so as long as this chap can keep upright maybe he's got a chance.

His head is also probably below the level of the average Ranger defenseman's elbow, so his size may work to his advantage.
