I kind of figured that this would happen. I would have preferred to see Pribula to take over.

He will be sought after, I wouldn’t be surprised if a big school goes after him. He is talented.
He's been at PSU for 3 seasons now. Same class as Allar, so he had to know that if he didn't win the job after Clifford left that the odds were that he'd have to transfer unless Allar was great and warranted going pro after 3 seasons, like Maye, Williams, McCarthy all did last year.

But, again, with Allar, great completion % but a lot of low 200 yard games for a guy 6'5 235 lb with a big arm. Teams would want to see him push the ball down the field more and use that arm. One thing to be smart with taking check downs if the play isn't there, but there are also times that you just need to let it rip.

Yes, but how much of that is PSU offense? It’s a run-heavy offense and the top 2 receivers aren’t really big-play threats (Warren and Wallace). Omari Evans has the speed but he is still really raw (played QB in HS).

This is also a pretty meh QB draft class, Allar could have certainly jumped above Beck and Milroe.

I would’ve had Allar in the top 3. But now he could be #1 next year.

I don't think the 26 QB class is expected to be great. The hope was that Arch Manning would be there, but with Ewers returning, Arch only got 2 starts this season due to injury. So, he's most likely to return for a SR year in 2026 and thus be a 2027 draft pick, same class as Riola of NB who has been a true FR starter for the Huskers this season.

I look at the big programs and it's not amazing for them. Anyone up for 2026 draft would have been a starter this season as either a RS FR or a True SO at a minimum, etc.

This was always the plan for Arch. He will likely max out his eligibility

Figure he will start 25 and 26 for them. Get 13-15 starts depending on how deep they go each season. So should get to 28-30 starts. Doubt we’d see him return for a RS SR year for a 3rd year as a starter.
