Aside from last game - where he was clearly off and had his worst game of the season - Malinski has been great so far and doesn't deserve to be replaced. CHD on the other hand has got Greg Zanon hands and hasn't been good enough on most nights. I actually prefer Ludwig to him although it's been a small sample size.

I prefer Ludwig because he can come closer to playing like JMFJ. He has good defensive instincts and should be able to pick up some PK minutes as well. I just think he balances the pairing out by being more (reliable?) two-way? defense rather than just offensive only.

Yeah I wanted him as well, I still haven't really watched him, but looking at his stats it seems like he's producing
