I can’t fault them too much for skipping on Kuemper. He wasn’t very good, cap was super tight, and the musical chair game had been working well enough to that point. Losing Frankie and getting stuck on a crappy chair was bound to happen eventually, but the hope was they could make it last long enough. I don’t know what the team will do now, but I think they made the right decision at the time.The Avs management of doing the stupid goalie musical chairs instead of investing in what should have been Kuemper is biting us bad. Very very foolish behavior
