We can bask in the idea that the rebuild is over thoughThis feels like the worst prospect pool we've ever had.... And we are not a playoff team. Ouch.

Sens would be more than pleased if Yak came into the league like MezarosMid 2000s had some bad pools. Certainly no Carter Yakemchuk there.
Staios basically revamped every area except our amateur scouting. He must like the group enough if he didn’t see it as an area of priority to make changes, unless we’re missing something.Yeah this is Muckler’s era level
We had a good stretch from 2008 to 2020 but it looks like we have to completely revamp the department again (like Murray did in 2007)
Scary thing is our pro scouting is probably much much worse
I mean, we just replaced Tarasenko, Joseph and Kastelic by Perron, Amadio and Cousins
And thought that having 2/3 of Kleven/JBD/Hamonic playing all games wouldn’t be a problem… one injury and they all play
He's hired one dude to handle analytics, and the poor guy is probably tasked with crunching advanced PIM and cross-check analytics, and more precise height measurements and projections. I'm not sure how much of a "revamp" that is.Staios basically revamped every area except our amateur scouting. He’ll get to it. Can’t do everything all at once. Especially when you just moved, new job, and wife fighting for her life.Staios basically revamped every area except our amateur scouting. Yeah I think he will too, was really just pointing out that he seemed to feel there were bigger fish to fry. He’ll get to it. Can’t do everything all at once. Especially when you just moved, new job, and wife fighting for her life.

do we still have DaCosta's rights?Abramov is 25th overall in points right now in the KHL. Of course that's nothing compared to Da Costa, who is 7th with 26 points in 28 games!
To quote Alfie, "probably not", because otherwise @mianjo would be tracking his exploits.do we still have DaCosta's rights?
Sensationalist that Rick Westhead is calling Gabriel Gagne a Senators prospect when he is 28 and hasn’t played hockey in 5 years but you need hits, even the Westhead needs Twitter hits for his ego. Gagne was traded to the Leaves so technically he is a Leaves prospect
Completely f***ed Gagne plead guilty to double sex assault 2014 and the Sens drafted him in 2015
He plead guilty years after, it never came out until 2021Sensationalist that Rick Westhead is calling Gabriel Gagne a Senators prospect when he is 28 and hasn’t played hockey in 5 years but you need hits, even the Westhead needs Twitter hits for his ego. 12th all time in points in the KHL, only 3 points behind another all-time Senators great, none other than Brandon Bochenski!Could be something there with Da Costa. Only 35 years old.
To be celebrated with an honorary visit to the Kremlin with Pootin. What an honor lol.12th all time in points in the KHL, only 3 points behind another all-time Senators great, none other than Brandon Bochenski!
I don't know if the KHL has a Hall of Fame, but Da Costa would probably be a slam dunk.
