This feels like the worst prospect pool we've ever had.... And we are not a playoff team. Ouch.

We can bask in the idea that the rebuild is over though

We had a good stretch from 2008 to 2020 but it looks like we have to completely revamp the department again (like Murray did in 2007)

Scary thing is our pro scouting is probably much much worse

I mean, we just replaced Tarasenko, Joseph and Kastelic by Perron, Amadio and Cousins

And thought that having 2/3 of Kleven/JBD/Hamonic playing all games wouldn’t be a problem… one injury and they all play

Staios basically revamped every area except our amateur scouting. He must like the group enough if he didn’t see it as an area of priority to make changes, unless we’re missing something.
