Zito’s gotta make something happen on D because Boquist is trash (can’t move the puck and can’t bet by people) and Balinski is shit (minor league novice playing in the adult league) and unfortunately on O too because of Swaggy and Roddylips, who are sucking bad consistently.

This is their window, they should try to be the dynasty they could be if they give a shit.

A defenseman of Weegar's calibre would be a nice addition to the squad. That being said, Ekblad's outproducing him..

And Huberdeau would be 2nd on the team in goals, pacing for a career high 35 goals this year and has more goals than assists for the first time ever. Who'd have thought.
 
As much of their fans have become buttholes over the past few years, I like that they've finally have a good team with success at the gate. Coupled with our own success, it ended up being one large middle finger to Quebec or Hamilton

Watching the home feed for the Ottawa @ Minnesota game otnight and the announcing crew is seriously fellating Kaprizov and Boldy less than the f***ing national crew did when we played them.

“I’ve talked with the guys about it,” Hornqvist said. “I’ve told them how important it is to have the strong start to the season. Eventually, you’re going to hit a lull. When you’ve played that much hockey, it’s inevitable. So get off to that good start, deal with the lull when it comes, and then go do it again. You don’t want to have to waste energy to just get into the playoffs.”
