Not me, I have a tiny pecker so it hardly ever got hit back when I was still playing.
Nah, If it's the same groin surgery we've heard of for goalies that he needs, he'll need a full offseason.
Varly had the surgery. Whatever they do works though thankfully.

Naw man, as a joke Nuke slipped a couple crushed up viagra pills into his water bottle. That stuff hit about 15 minutes into practice and he just didn't want to stand up in front of the classroom while pitching a tent.
Does anyone even know for sure what it is?

There was a report that he has dealt with groin injuries in the past, and that he went to see a specialist after the first setback.

Also seen that he took a puck to the family jewels and just needed a breather.

Yup, unless they are playing the LTIR card and he doesn’t come back this year, they can’t go into next year with this crap again. Time to move on.

Not only he's not coming back but Bednar still doesn't know if he's coming back one day or not.
At least CMac won't have to worry about a possible cap hit issue. He can spend it all.

I've been trying to be sensitive to people's emotions about it, while being pretty vocal that I never really believed a return to be possible. It's just likely one of those injuries that a NHL player can't come back from. Damn shame. F**king great player.
But I agree with what you are saying about Bednar. At 12:58 - his facial expression right after he shrugs... he knows.

I think that was a given, especially since they wouldn't have the cap room to activate him even if he was able to play right now. Always seemed like it was going to be a Mark Stone situation...if at all.

I think Gabe just needs to focus on quality of everyday life at this point. Any type of pressure on that knee in hockey likely means lots of bad things for him doing daily things.
