The boot was on his lower leg after the game yesterday, so foot/ankle issue.

Manson taking practice off. Still not 100% and had that weird knee on knee play last night where he looked a little shaken up.

Was it knee on knee? Or did he accidentally get speared on the hit? Looked midsection related the way he dropped, but I couldn't tell.

Definitely not 100% though. He had multiple opportunities to fight but didn't. And you now he wanted to. He did sprint in and grab the guy going after Girard in a pack of like 8 people though. Impressive.

Not attacking him, either, but my question is this: why has nobody heard of Landeskog's knee swelling every time he tries to push it until Landeskog is spotted skating with the team in practice for the first time? Why wait until now to drop this?

It just doesn't make sense to me.

Not attacking him, either, but my question is this: why has nobody heard of Landeskog's knee swelling every time he tries to push it until Landeskog is spotted skating with the team in practice for the first time? Why wait until now to drop this?

It's a kind of random timing but I feel like Servalli has decent sources. It tracks with everything we've seen regarding Landy though. We see him for a little bit than he goes away. And then he went away for a little again and now he's back.

Or they're like, we gotta show Gabe skate again at some point, so when he skates well, they leak out that he gets "swelling" so they can't take him off LTIR yet.

That's my confirmation biased suspicion/hope though.

Don't feel like digging into his old posts but I'm 95% certain that Henchy said that he heard the same thing about Landy's knee (swelling when he's pushing it) like 2 months ago.

I know Seravalli isn't popular here these days because he doesn't say what people want to hear but he's very legit.
