McDonough on a tear with 4 goals for ... Florida? AHL contracted guy? I got him confused with McAllister. He has 2 Apples for Charlotte. I'm pretty hyped for McAllister as a center option. He really stood out for me in preseason.
Noticed Gabdrakhmanov being trusted to play some VHL games. Gerasimyuk fulltime VHL so far it seems. Playing fulltime for St. Pettes, Russia is no joke ... both goalies playing good too. I like what we've got cooking in the Russian goalie system.

Same here, I think we're gonna get one NHL goalie out of Russia. Scouching Report, who listen to a lot for scouting news, is high on Gabdrakhmanov.

I really like McAllister. He has that cerebral center mentality that I like. I'd like to see him as 3rd C in the future. Lundell cannot stay 3rd C forever. I guess we can pay him to. Of course Bennett exists and nobody wants to lose Bennett. But McAllister really has the vision to be a great center. I've always wanted to see Weiss 2.0 handled the right way ...

I like the upside of McAllister too… But I think he will need more time.
He is a late-bloomer.
PPG season in the A would be an amazing step for him…
Still think he needs two more great summers of work before establishing himself at the highest level.

No reason to panic… I know prospects can change their mind, but from everything said and heard so far, getting him signed won’t be a problem.
We can’t miss this one, it would be a pretty big blow IMO.
I was worried before, but not since hearing from Jack himself at development camp !

I wish we had a decent D prospect that is over performing. We have a decent stable of forwards but almost nothing on the backend
