2024-2025 Blues Multi-Purpose Thread.

:)Left is Heritage blue. Right is 68-72 blue, and the one we used on this year's Winter Classic...I "think" I'm seeing more of the right than the left. I don't blame you because my brain automatically jumps to the heritage blue when I see the more acute logo.

Nothing makes me question my perception of reality more than seeing people with actual design/art talent talk about colors.

That color on the left looks more like San Jose Sharks teal to me than any color that has ever been on a Blues jersey.

To be clear, I’m no visual maestro. ;)

Maybe ChicagoBlues can confirm, but I’ve been told that heritage blue comes off as more “steely” on actual glossy threads, but it does have way more green to generate that sort of dustiness. 🤷

Regardless, I’m seeing some other reports that it is indeed the blue used on the 24-25 winter classic. I guess we’ll find out tomorrow, but I’ll be a happy camper if it’s a more primary blue than the heritage.

I see it as creamy, not steely.

I wanted the heritage blue instead of a basic royal blue, but it looks like there's still a bit more 'grey' to it than the current home set, which is fine with me.

All in all this looks like it's pretty close to the set I've been clamoring for over the last couple seasons. I'm pretty excited. Love the new Bluenote too.

Well done! Can't wait to see them raise Lord Stanley in them!

The Blues better not bring back an old logo only to call it "new" like the Kings did last summer and the Bruins are doing now.

It does have a little grey in it and the royals have that brilliant luster.

I love how the numbers look with no bordering.
That’s the only part I dislike. 🤣 Proof satisfying everyone was going to be impossible I guess.

But what I wanted was basically the 2017 and 2022 WC jerseys and that’s what we got…except the numbers. Numbers looked better with an outline IMO.

They potentially should have inverted the color of the logo and the jersey. The blue looks good on the white but it blends in too much on the blue. They could have made the note white or black on the blue jerseys to give it contrast. Looks good though, not super busy or abrasive.

100% absolutely not. I will riot if they Bluenote ever shows up on a jersey as white or black on an official team jersey.
