At first it looks vintage Rants. Standing there while an Avs top C feeds him on the PP.

Then you see who that Avs top C making the pass is. Puke.

Also Rants wasn't just standing around. He was much higher in the zone closer to the blue line. And as he saw the opening he moved fast to get down towards his usual spot.

Dallas is the scariest team the Avs will face in the West and it's all but guaranteed. I'd rather they play Winnipeg, Vegas and Edmonton. Regardles there's no easy road and there are a ton of good teams.
