Basically if you're in the crease and so much as a hard fart goes in the goalies direction it's getting called back this year.

I wonder what the playoffs will be like.
Yeah, I've felt like they've become about as consistent with the GI rule this year as they were with the foot in the crease rule back in the day.

Interesting stuff here:

Not sure what the site policies regarding paywalled stuff is, so not going to copypaste everything. But a quick rundown with top-3 in category, sample size varies from 80ish to 110 players:

What team is first on your no-trade list: Winnipeg 49% Buffalo 20%, Sharks 9%. After that responses vary.

Coach you would like to play for: Cooper 24%, Maurice 13%, Brind'Amour 9%.

Coach you would least like to play for: Tortorella 38%, Cassidy 12%, Babcock and Cronin 8%

What team has the best facilities for opposing teams: Red Wings 25%, Kraken 22%, Oilers 20%

What team has the worst facilities for opposing teams: Hurricanes 66%, Flames 20%, Capitals/Bruins/Avalanche/Rangers 1.9%, Other 6.67%

Do you like the idea of the NBA-style in-season tournament: No 55%, Yes 45%

Is the regular season too long: No 58%, Yes 42%

Should Gary Bettman retire: Yes 55%, No 45%

Wonder what makes the Hurricanes facility not good for opposing teams, anyone know?

The ice arena is owned by North Carolina State University, which uses it primarily for its CBB programme. It opened in 1999 and is pretty much a college-level sporting facility (NCSU's CFB stadium is across the parking lot), which explains why its opposing dressing room sucks. Things have gotten weird though because NCSU were the ones to build it, but Dundon has been given a lot of ownership/rights the past couple of years of the arena from the school to do renovations. I think he might be majority owner of the arena now.
