Wow that offepence was red hot all weekend. They must have one heck of a hitting coach. I tip my hat to him.

serIously though great series and long may this hot streak continue. Also I may have to grow a moustache now In honour of my new favourite player.
Well the hitting coach have not had enough time to bring Schneider to the dark force ;)

That Schneider kid could change the dynamic of the team. Fingers crossed.

Missed the game today but great to get a much-needed sweep over Boston finally

Also, Davis Schneider appears to be better than Luis Arraez?!

Haven't followed as much as I usually do but... wow what a weekend. Everyone should come out with a mustache next game.

It's probably the adrenaline right now feeding that amazing start but holy... if he could keep this up (to a certain extent ) that'd be something.

Reading that story after he crushes it over the green wall at fenway when it's his first at bat and 2 years prior he wanted to quit... its a thing of beauty. Love the under dog stories.

So safe to say Espinal/Biggio aren’t seeing much action until our boy cools off. Funny and sad that he has as many hr’s as Espinal on the season.

Super cool that he had a record all his own as well. What a story. Man he could never play another game in the show and have a cool story to tell forever and will likely be holding that record for a very long time. Also I hope this is just the start of a great career for him

Time for another 4-game series as Monday-Thursday sees the Jays head to Cleveland to face the Guardians.

Monday - Hyun-Jin Ryu vs Gavin Williams
Tuesday - Yusei Kikuchi vs Tanner Bibee
Wednesday - Kevin Gausman vs Logan Allan
Thursday - Alek Manoah vs Noah Syndergaard

Monday-Wednesday are all 7pm/4pm starts. Thursday is 1pm/10am

I wonder how long this 6 man rotation idea is going to last. I have almost no confidence in Ryu tbh.

they've pretty much intimated that it's going to be a thing at least through this stretch of 17 games in 17 days. I think whether or not it extends beyond that will depend on whether or not it looks like it works over this 3 week stretch (the next day off is a week from Monday, followed by a short 2-game set against Philly then another day off)

So chances are there's 1 more turn for Ryu after tomorrow before a decision is made.

The Jays changed their demeanour to more business-like over the off season but maybe they went too far. It looked like they weren’t having fun anymore. The injection of a little fire plug like Schneider and his great start offensively has loosened the grip on the bats. It helps that Springer is back to hitting like he can, I knew slump wasn’t going to continue.

Ramirez got a great shot in there

3 rookies with control issues at times and a washed Syndergaard. With Naylor already out and Ramirez potentially suspended, Jays have a great opportunity to pound these guys.

I'm greedy. Give me another sweep!

Or better yet, he motivates them to do better.
Saying that who knows if they even have another gear or they is what they is.

Not to mention that it coincided with them getting spanked again by the Orioles. Finally got the wakeup call?

Just got tickets for next Sunday against the Cubs. Was trying to get them for Saturday for Bautista’s big day but no way I’m paying $220-$250 for 100 level. Definitely inflated prices.
