Yeah, I miss the classic teal (not that I'm biased for that color or anything :sarcasm:) with pinstripes and the fish logo. I get that the art attack palette is supposed to evoke the colorful nature of Cuban/Hispanic/Latin art that is prevalent in southern Florida, but when your color choices are "all of them" it takes away some of the identity.

I do sort of like their current logo though. I think a mildly tweaked version of it with a primarily teal/white/black classic jersey design would be nice.

Those classic Marlins uniforms reminds me of a young Miguel Cabrera and Dontrelle Willis. If we going way back then it's Gary Sheffield, Kevin Brown and Jim Leyland.

It's the combo of throwing soft-ish and his location being all over the place.

Difference being for a side armer like him that's actually perfectly.normal and you can hang stuff a bit more because guys have a hard time reading your release

I kinda like this new change for Romano's entrance.

Reminds me a lot of the Mets realizing Edwin Diaz being a spectacle is good for business.

Narco still shits all over his music for entrances though..

Slow down, Buck. Romano's thumping techno track can't hold a candle to Enter Sandman or Hell's Bells or any of the really fun closer themes.

Enter Sandman is just GOATed as entrance music. Mariano using it was basically "oh this game is now over" when you heard it hit.

Brock Lesnar used it as his walkout music in UFC as well iirc and that was ominous af.

The Lesnar mention makes me think that some enterprising guys should use wrestler themes. Like imagine the closer coming out to the Undertaker's music. Sure it's slow and dirge-y and not there to pump guys up, but the sense of dread would be hilarious/fantastic.

Or Goldberg's theme (too bad MLB would never allow the pyro accompaniment. :laugh:)
