I don’t follow the Blue Jays religiously or anything, I became a fan when I was a kid, saw both of the World Series wins.

So I guess I’m a casual fan. Mostly, here is what is confusing me, Blue Jays, pitching, or should I say relief pitching has been a problem for years, are they just not targeting the right players to fix it?
Or are they just not doing enough?

Also, it’s been a highly entertaining game at least

Relief pitching is weird and somewhat random. Garcia is a good pitcher normally.

If they do literally the most obvious thing in the world there and walk Arenado and then the next 3 batters have the same ABs, the game is tied right now.

They chose to pitch to a future HHOFer instead of the backup catcher who had a .333 OPS in the preseason and a .579 OPS for his career. That was honestly one of the dumbest things I've ever seen.
