Long time reader, first time poster. Here are a few of the better OHL names that I think haven't signed for the upcoming year.

James Hardie- Mississauga-LW
Nick DeGrazia- Sudbury-C
Mitchell Smith- Saginaw- D
Jake Murray- Guelph-D

For UNB fans, Hardie would be closest to being able to replace Pinard. He's averaged 37 goals over the last three seasons.

Laurier announces eleven (11!) recruits.
Championship pedigree highlights versatile men's hockey recruiting class - Laurier Athletics - Waterloo Campus

Callum Chisholm - LHD/LW – Barrie Colts
Jadon Reimer - LHD – Campbellton Tigers, MJAHL
Lucas Robinson - RHD – Trenton Golden Hawks, OJHL
Isaac Sooklal - RHD – Haliburton County Huskies, OJHL
Robbie Strachan - LHD – Collingwood Blues, OJHL
Thomas Lenart - C – Burlington Cougars, OJHL
Kallaway Mercer - LW – Cobourg Cougars, OJHL
Myles Perry - RW – Milton Menace, OJHL
Eli Reimer - C/LW – Campbellton Tigers, MJAHL
Bryce Sutherland - C/RW – Collingwood Blues, OJHL
Sam Williamson - LW – Trenton Golden Hawks, OJHL
Waterloo will have 11 new recruits as well, although they are losing fewer players than Laurier. I'd expect lots of competition for ice time at Warriors camp this year.

Robinson - 14 points in 66 games, -14 +/-.
Fishman - 9 points in 57 games. -22 +/-.

Maybe these guys were told to turn 20 yrs old somewhere else.
I'm sure that is the case, with highly competitive OA spots in major junior. But usually, "somewhere else" is tier-2 Jr A for a year, then school.

Waterloo has done this in the past a few times (Adam Bignell, Julian Sime, and the two guys this year). I don't look at birthdates of other rosters enough to know if this happens more often than I think. Experts of the thread - what say you?

Brady Gilmour is the only UNB player in recent memory that I can remember coming in early.
