I think the Miami offense is good and will be vastly over-rated again. They relied on big plays in the first half of last season and then sucked in the second half of the season. They were inconsistent all season.

Far from a problem

Haha that Tua deep ball…brutal. If you can scheme guys open, Tua can get them the ball for the most part. But he cannot throw contested balls, he has gotten away with some bad passes today

When teams are able gameplan to contain Hurts and have him beat them with his arm, Philly will be in trouble. A very one-track mind with his reading progressions.

Miami's defense looks to be getting abused. Hopefully, that continues as the year progresses. Would love to have seen them give up a first for a guy that isn't bringing a big time impact.

New England gets the ball back down 5 with plenty of time. Herbert eats an intentional grounding then a sack. Things suddenly not so good inside the division.

Dolphins are for real. Their offense is legit.
Theyre going to be a PITA. They were last year, too. They very well may have been playing in a divisional game last year if Tua was healthy. That's the big question mark.

That being said, it's only week 1. They were losing their steam to end the year last season even when Tua was healthy.

The Jets are going to be a thorn, too.

Chargers gonna Charger.
This can not be overlooked. That team continously folds like a lawn chair. Damn.

Every year, at least a few pundits pick the Chargers to make a run at the division and think they’ll have playoff success. Every year, they crumble in the clutch. They also continue insisting that JC Jackson is a #1 corner despite years of evidence otherwise, and he cost them badly today between a stupid PI before the half to gift MIA a field goal, getting toasted everywhere, and taking that INT out of the end zone in traffic and getting tackled at the 4.

Hill and McDaniel can cover up for a lot of Tua’s warts, and he’s really good at being the point guard in the system.

Chargers couldn't pass protect at all on that last series, Miami wins.

New England can't get the foot down on 4th down, Philly's gonna hold on.
In all fairness, I don't think that was intentional grounding, looked like he had a TE on the end, no idea if he was eligible. Also, 2 more seconds and Herbert had Mike Williams wide open crossing in Dolphins territory with probably another 10 yards to run, oh well, that's football.
