Terrel Bernard c'mon downI've been saying for weeks that Campbell was gonna go higher than people thought...
The team that didn't have a problem taking a RB high in the first also no problem taking an off ball LB. Says something.WOW.
Campbell here? That's a shock.
Whelp, I guess the reason he wasn't getting any visits was because no one wanted to tip their hand. Too bad he won't be the Bill, but I maintain this is way too high for a traditional off ball LB that doesn't add in the pass rush.
There are still other LB's available but I hope Bernard runs with itTerrel Bernard c'mon down

If you play defense and don’t add to the pass rush, I really don’t want the bills drafting you in the first two rounds!
They definitely have their own style. The team that didn't have a problem taking a RB high in the first also no problem taking an off ball LB. Says something.
Not necessarily. First round contracts don't really provide any savings against FA contracts at those positions, especially when you consider the opportunity cost of not getting savings at more valuable positions. If you don't want to invest a lot of money into these types of positions, the best way to do it is lock a guy in on a rookie contract for 5 years.
KC will trade up and take JSN at any moment. So who are the teams we are really concerned about taking a WR here? Seattle, Baltimore, and the Giants? I'm not sure the Chargers or Cowboys would want to. And at least Seattle/Baltimore could go in other directions as well.
I think there's a good chance, barring someone trading up, that only one WR at most goes before 27 at this rate.
This is about the time they strike. I do wonder if teams put a higher price for themKC will trade up and take JSN at any moment.
