Kelce has been a dominant TE with Taylor in attendance. Acting like having a girlfriend is making his play bad is such a old school way of thinking.

Andy Reid will get them focuses. They'll beat us, by a lot. Thank goodness for it.
Kelce is 5 years older than Gronk was when he played his last game for us and retired the first time.

Teams long in the tooth other than Patrick we’ll see how they retool for him. NFL will find a way to make sure they aren’t bad for long and I doubt he switches franchises.

Kelce is still very good at what he does. They've obviously taken a step back with weapons, as Kelce is pretty much their #1 offensive weapon. But he's still good.

They made the easy, correct call.

they aren't themselves bc they were pretty bad the entire game and all of the attention on this play seems like excuse making from a team who typically says all the right things. Haven't seen the chiefs in this sort of self doubt mode before under Mahomes having lost 3 of 4 and 4 of 6. Wonder what their attitudes will be this week

The way theyre talking about that play, which will be called on any play of the game throughout every situation is insane. Just take the L and line up better next time. Youre making the playoffs regardless.

A WR looks down the line to the linesman 30 times a game and the lineman gives them the ok or not.

Don't know or care really if Toney did that. Late in games its hard to gauge the lines and its just really never called. tickey tack bs call.

The League NEEDS the Bills in the playoffs. They've gotten the benefit of late game non-call vs the Giants and the call in this game.

Still with preseason bet of Bills vs Cowpukes, but the Bills really should be way on the outside looking in.

He was so offsides it wasn’t even close

I mean if they give warnings and they didn't then it's pretty stupid on the officials. Honestly, there should be no warnings. Sounds like they say Toney offsides and said **** it, not warning him this time.

I thought the head ref said if a player looks to sideline and asks ref the ref will give guidance. But how do you give a warning? If Toney didn't check with ref then it's simply a penalty. Plus he was lined up in the slot and closer to the ball. It's really outside receivers who are closer to sideline that check with the line judge. The Chiefs don't have a case here.

I agree. I just don’t think there should be that gray area where guys can get a heads up period.

Ya I have thought that before when you see a WR look to sideline to see if he is lined up correctly. That doesn't bother me too much as long as it's consistent. Like if a guy checks, the ref ignores him and then throws a flag that would over the top.

The part I don't really understand is Andy Reid saying he should have gotten a "warning". How exactly would a warning work? If it's the first time the guy lined up incorrectly all game was he expecting the ref to whisper in his ear that his player is lined up offside? That doesn't make any sense.

Sorry not sorry, I cant take angry Kermit The Frog seriously. Between the voice and his Great Gazoo sized helmet he just appears childish (I know all players complain). That and the predictable temper tantrum every time a call goes against them.

Maybe go chew out your WR for lining up nearly a foot offsides. It's not hard to look down the line and see if you're ahead of the football or not

The Kadarius Toney offside call is why I hate the removal of all that offseason practice camps and preseason games. The reason they exist is to train players up so that they don't make these kinds of dumb mistakes in the first place. But nope, the avaricious owners of the NFL have to just milk this cow until it is bone dry.

if we're being fair though, Toney should've learned how to line up in pop warner

Fair enough.

I'm simply saying that the lack of situational awareness comes into play and teams lack the ability to carry out things that should be second nature after doing two minute drills in practice but don't because teams may not have enough time to get that down pat. So they are making bone head errors.
