Hell baby
I signed up for it using my Insta account, didn’t have to give any new info and it doesn’t really bother me. It’s a better product than twitter currently is imo

Less anonymity on it which is nice. Makes it less of a cess pool

I welcome the Threads era if it leads to wins!

Facebook/Meta have been repeatedly in trouble for violating privacy laws. I don't trust that company at all.

It's bad enough twitter is a cesspool but I mute and block a lot now so my timeline isn't too bad.

I like having my social media accounts separate. Btw, you can deactivate Threads if you dont like it, but to actually delete your Threads profile completely, it can ONLY be deleted by deleting your instagram account.

That's creepy. And Zuckerberg is a creep.

This is what people are agreeing to.

Winckowski number 1 star of the game.

Cory Seager is some kind of locked in.

Huge hit em' where they ain't game for Sox.

Put up 10 runs despite leaving lots of runners in scoring position.

Stunned whenever Wong doesn't strikeout in a game. Great game for him.

Felt bad for Jacques (again). Had the side struck out but for a missed call. Then the defense let him down.

ESPN and CBS Sports put out their final Mock Drafts today before Sunday's MLB Draft.

from espn.com:

14. Boston Red Sox

Matt Shaw, 2B, Maryland

I'll keep Shaw here as the Red Sox are mostly tied to safer position-player types at this pick with bolder choices coming down the board. One of the wildest rumors I've heard all spring is that Arizona State 2B Luke Keaschall could be a Nick Yorke-esque pick here. I buy that Boston likes him, is worried he won't get to their next pick, and is thinking about it, but it's just a little too farfetched to project right now. I've given Keaschall to them in the second round.

50. Boston Red Sox: Luke Keaschall, 2B, Arizona State

Full Mock Draft: 2023 MLB mock draft 3.0: What will the Pirates do with the No. 1 overall pick?

from cbssports.com:

14 - Red Sox

Pick:
OF Chase Davis, Arizona (CBS Sports top 30 rank: No. 10)
Slot value: $4,663,100

Some teams have a "type" on draft day and the Red Sox are among them. They've used their last four first-round picks on hitters with aesthetically-pleasing swings and premium ball-tracking data (exit velocity, etc.). All four also went to high schoolers, but I don't get the sense they're opposed to a college player. Davis played very well down the stretch for Arizona and he hits the ball as hard as just about anyone in the draft class.

June 18 mock pick: SS Aiden Miller, Mitchell HS (Florida)
June 28 mock pick: SS Matt Shaw, Maryland

Full Mock Draft: 2023 MLB Mock Draft: LSU's Dylan Crews keeps No. 1 position; Virginia's Kyle Teel could jump high schoolers

I’d be happy with Shaw. There are a lot of ways it could play out. I trust the front office on drafting.
