They win game 6, they absolutely are winning game 7.Folks before game 4 I had this very weird feeling the celts would be the first team in nba history to come back 3-0. If they win game 6 I seriously think they can win game 7 and then the whole damn thing
They win game 6, they absolutely are winning game 7.
This isnt a case where these teams are evenly matched. Boston is the better team, regardless of what happened in the first 3 games.
I just don't see Miami losing G6 at home though, as much as I want the comeback to happen.
Did you think that back in 2004 with the Sox ????No its not. This is the pre-failure tease before actually losing because it will hurt more that way than if they just lost 4 in a row. That is all this is and any long time Boston sports fan should be well aware and ready for it.
Absolutely. Are you unaware of the history of that team and the many many chokes that came before?Did you think that back in 2004 with the Sox ????
It makes perfect sense.I'd say the C's can't win a close game in Miami ---- but they can win in a blowout.....if that makes any sense.
Pretty much only in basketball lol, but yes it makes sense.I'd say the C's can't win a close game in Miami ---- but they can win in a blowout.....if that makes any sense.
Duuuuuude! I can easily see that.I give it a 90 percent chance they force a game 7 and get blown out on their home court

I'm not going to ask your age but I've probably been cheering for the Celtics, Red Sox and Bruins for at least as long as you have if not longer so of course I am well aware of the heartaches they have caused in the past. My point is that if it happened to the Sox ( especially against the freaking Yankee$$$$$ ) then it could happen with the Celtics too. Of course they could just as easily get blown out by 30 points in Game 6 but I really think we're in the middle of seeing something historic happen. I guess what I'm trying to say is:Absolutely. Are you unaware of the history of that team and the many many chokes that came before?

They actually matchup with DEN really well. I think they'd win that series. What would be the most Celtics thing to do? Bring it to game 7 and lose at home or actually win game 7 then promptly get swept by the Nuggets?
I fully appreciate your optimism, but that's a ride I can't go on with you. Too many times I've had my heart stomped on by the local teams for me to willingly buy into this comeback. Would love for it to happen, but do not believe it ever will. I haven't followed the Celtics for that many years so it's hard for me to define 'what would the Celtics do', but I'd say the most chokey thing would be like they come back and win this series and then go down 0-3 to Denver, come all the way back again - tie the series and then lose game 7 in the finals at TD.What would be the most Celtics thing to do? Bring it to game 7 and lose at home or actually win game 7 then promptly get swept by the Nuggets?
Nope, but we will if they win game 7They think if they can get to game 7 the fans will forget that they quit in game 3. No Way.
Most of us can sadly.Duuuuuude! I can easily see that.
I'm fighting it hard.Every time I think I’m out they pull me back in
Most of us can sadly.

My disdain for Thomas is still there. The best part of that steak was it was Ishia Thomas who inbounded the ball. I hated that weasel
I was so happy that Jordan Magic and bird froze him out of the dream team.My disdain for Thomas is still there.
I’m reading Michael Holley’s newest book, The Big Three about Pierce, KG and Ray Allen. So far, it is very good and I’m on chapter 4.
Wyc walked into Paul Gaston’s office in NYC and offered $360 million to buy the not for sale Celtics.
It goes into how they built the organization we have today.
It talks about Pierce’s stabbing in depth. So lucky he didn’t die.
0.0% chance that Brown turns down the supermax. As we go into game 6 in Miami, there are rumors about Brown wanting to go with Atlanta. He is from there, a high school star. After the Celtics beat the Hawks, Jaylen started to follow some Atlanta Hawks players on social media. I felt something might happen with Brown in the off-season after game 3.
