He's a Stevens guy. Brad brought him to the team before Udoka or any of his coaches and even though he knew Udoka wasn't coming back chose to give the guy who never even sat on the bench before the head coaching job of a team trying to compete for a championship over coaches with championships not on a team or one of Udoka's more experienced assistants.
