There's plenty of blame for everyone.
Both can be true. Mazzulla should have called a timeout, and when he (stupidly) didn't, Tatum should be competent enough to not dribble the clock out and not even end up with a shot attempt.
I fear the Heat more than the Sixers. The trend has me thinking the Heat will somehow beat the Celtics in ECF.
