Couldn't tell ya. Size I guess and some raw ability. But when you are that age and that unproductive, your chances of making it are next to zero. CHL picks this late are usually throw aways to begin with, but this? Just bad process. Take a USHL guy and hope they turn into something in 4-5 years. Like say a Knuble a year earlier so you don't have to take them in the 4th the following year.
