If they can somehow manage to get to the ALCS and get DJLM, Benintendi and Marinaccio back we might actually have a fighting chance against the Astros. To me if they beat the Astros they have a seriously good shot at the Championship with the Dodgers out. Both the Phillies and Padres are good teams but it's possible that their luck runs out
This team is flawed but so was the 2009 team. They just need to catch lightning in a bottle
Win or lose tomorrow, Cole did his job in this series. Not even his biggest detractors can really claim otherwise.Cole absolutely immense in this series
LOL, the Yankees would already be done in this series without Cole.Cole can’t help himself … he’s a homeroom
Machine
I know Boone will probably screw it up, but I’d like to believe everyone is available in this elimination game. Can’t get cute trying to save anyone for the astros.Taillon isn't a shutdown guy but I can't see him getting racked up.
If the Yankees score a few runs, they have a good chance to advance.
I think Taillon will still start. Saves Cortes for a possible game 1 start against Houston.I think the rain out helps the Yanks big time. Now you can start Cortes and have Severino and a rested bp backing him up

During the regular season, the home team makes the decision to postpone a game. In the playoffs, it transfers to the MLB commissioner's office to make that decision. This game should have been called hours ago. But the yankees needed to squeeze the fans for parking and some chicken buckets.

.....I think the rainout actually benefits the Guardians more. The jump from Cavale to Beiber is bigger than that of Taillon to Nestor.
