Let us hope the players do not share that thought .Series is already over. Moving my mental energies to round 2.
Let us hope the players do not share that thought .
They know it. In their bones they know it.
Honestly, I might just start focusing on the ECF right now and not bother thinking about Round 2.
I think any move they make is going to be tough on the player sitting out , but I honestly think Frederic should not come out of the lineup...........I'd sit Foligno, but it's not going to happen. I thought Frederic played well, had many chances and was moving his feet.
Here’s to hoping he’s wrongJ Stew on 98.5 says his source is saying Bergeron has a back injury and could be out for the series
Absolutely. Frederic was noticeably better than Foligno, had two shots on goal. I can see sitting Greer or Lauko for Nick but it would be unfair to take Frederic out of the lineup so we can see if Foligno can find his game again after missing two months with a knee injury. At this point Lauko would probably bring more.I'd sit Foligno, but it's not going to happen. I thought Frederic played well, had many chances and was moving his feet.
J Stew is a clown. Unless it is coming from a beat reporter of the Bruins I don't listen to them especially when it comes to injuriesJ Stew on 98.5 says his source is saying Bergeron has a back injury and could be out for the series
He actually has some sources. I think the team would keep a Bergeron injury quiet so beat reporters wouldn’t know. Time will tell. Bergeron was in the player circle pre game in locker room. If he were “sick with bug” that wouldn’t have happened.J Stew is a clown. Unless it is coming from a beat reporter of the Bruins I don't listen to them especially when it comes to injuries
I'm surprised J Stew took time to report on the Bruins, shouldn't he and Sarge be doing a longform recap of Monday Night Raw?J Stew is a clown. Unless it is coming from a beat reporter of the Bruins I don't listen to them especially when it comes to injuries
He's just sick, no? Don't teams generally have players that are sick in the middle of a big group hug right before game 1?J Stew on 98.5 says his source is saying Bergeron has a back injury and could be out for the series
I Understand, but disagree. He definitely has Celtic and NBA sources, so I would imagine he has Bruin sources as well. Furthermore, Bergy did bend vey awkwardly when he took that cross check to the jaw, and he may have already had the "lower body injury." I wish some people on this board could learn not to make ad hominem attacks when someone delivers news, or possible news, they do not want to hear.J Stew is a clown. Think the (hopeful) plan is to save Gryz and try to not use him this series then possibly rest whoever is the most banged up d-man after this series gets swapped out for Gryz?
I know never overlook the current team/series but might as well take advantage of the depth and also plan for the future at the same time.
Okay but an elbow injury may be worse, insofar as it is also structural, but less treatable. The Spittin Chicklets live stream from last night (18:20-19:00) said it’s Bergeron’s elbow. I believe these guys over J Stew any day
