The New York Islanders are pleased to select from the Vancouver Giants, center Jaden Lipinski.

He started the season off slow, but the big forward has made a good impression since Christmas. A puck hound, with some nice offensive instincts to go along excellent puck protection skills, and a consistent physical game.
