Snad s výjimkou vysoko draftovaných hráčů je těžké určit, kdo by měl patřit k tahounům dvacítky na světovém šampionátu. Češi mají na papíře relativně vyrovnaný kádr. Do jedné z vůdčích rolí by se ale určitě rád posunul Gabriel Szturc, jenž v přípravném utkání proti Lotyšsku vstřelil dva góly.

exhibition means nothing but its always nice to win and score 6 goals. Curious who's in lineup for next game as we may see some bigger names.
 
Some players were a bit sick as per the coach's statement, that's why they didn't show up last night. But they should be all OK now a ready to play vs. Switzerland. They are waiting only for Jiříček who should probably join before the first tournament game vs. Canada and won't play vs. Switzerland.

I'd kill to see this game! You're getting a great roster! Jiricek missing and some key guys lower down lineup as they still have cuts to make but this is pretty close to our final roster.

I'm most curious about Alscher as they seem to favor Moravec and Tichachek ahead of him.

Switzerland scored Shorthanded 1-0

Stanislav Svozil had a goal waved off for goaltender interference, it was very clearly interference though.

Not a whole lot of shots. 13-10 shots through two periods for Switzerland.

Kulich hasn’t been a stand out at all, hopefully he picks up. Czechs D-Core is still shutting Switzerland down, making the Swiss players go wide.

Swiss has just been scoring on mistakes and power plays so far.

Thing is he’s been playing up and down Halifax Mooseheads lineup, seems to have inconstient nights at the junior level, but seems to do very well at the international level.

KULICH SCORES! It’s 3-1 Switzerland beauty one timer.

Pre-tournament games are pre-tournament games...I would be completely calm and not decide the result. After the Sweden-USA game, I should think that any opponent with better strikers than Latvia/Austria has to give Lindobom four goals every game. In addition, you have a great draw, in the first match people expect to lose and just guess how many goals it will be. And this position has always suited you, and I think you won't play a bad match twice in a row. Let Latvia/USA in August be proof of my words.
