Can’t believe you brought up Balcers, now we’re never going to hear the end of it!Funny to hear Bobby Ryan talk about Rudolf Balcers who was so skilled in practise, a practise player with all the tools & no tool box.![]()

Donovan is not off to a slow start, he’s on a team that is rebuilding. He will likely be dealt to a contender and join them after the World Junior.LOL. Not sure how they declared a winner there but the part that stood out to me was his team was losing 4.- 0 and the announcer noted Donovan had a bad 1st period.
Lots of time, but we seem to have a bunch of slow starters in the development pool this year! Let's go Buckeyes!!
I didn't name him specifically. The overall prospects are certainly off to a slow start.Donovan is not off to a slow start, he’s on a team that is rebuilding. He will likely be dealt to a contender and join them after the World Junior.

Good call! I hadn't noticed but he is on a great pace. He scored his first 2 goals in the OHL and will eclipse his 16 total points (67 games) soon, with 2G and 4A in only 8 games.Andonovski seems to be on a relative heater but overall I agree.
I should have noted that I was comparing the excitement from previous years where we had guys lighting it up.Our prospects are doing as expected, nothing slow at all.
A bunch of late round guys, and then a young 19/20 year old guy playing in professional leagues as rookies.
The 3 CHL defenders, only Hamara isn’t playing great.
Our NCAA guys are doing fine. Our 7th round project has 7 points in 8 games in the USHL.
Really the only guys who aren’t doing well are Hamara, Nordberg and Dyck. The rest are doing as expected or better.
