Eliasson will be fine wherever he ends up, he is big & mean & most teams want that quality & he can skate well enough to keep up. he isn't going to put up tons of pts, but he is going to shut down other team's best players & make it very difficult for opposition players in their own end. He does have a pretty good shot from the point & seems to put a lot of pucks on net. He'll also likely be one of his team's enforcers when requirted.

Replace Ellisaon with Chara and re-read this and try not to get excited

That Barrie D will be loaded. 3x 2nd rounders and a future mid-1st pick.

Yeah Barrie is going to be a contender. They picked up Hemming in the import draft as well.

Hopefully Bertucci/Aitcheson gets moved to the right side and Eliasson gets to play top 4 minutes, maybe alongside Akey.

Vitali Abramov is he still a Sens prospect? He's now 26.

He is still on the Sens in the system for 24/25 list. First game of the KHK season today and Abramov has an assist on the first goal
Maybe we should keep him

Yeah I was saying when Abramov left, that if he eventually figure it out in the KHL, he could pull a Dadonov and come back make a few millions in the NHL. Doubt it would be with Ottawa though

I’m fine with him just getting used to the NA game. If he's on the 3rd pair so be it, he is raw and will need lots of patience.

I am of the same mind. He is a project, and we need to go into this thinking he is 3+ years away from being the player we hope he can be. Lots of patience required here.

Kid just turned 18 on Monday, Kleven turns 23 this season, lots of patience. 2 years CHL, 2 years AHL
