That's literally staple in all 32 NHL clubs, all 32 AHL clubs, 150 minor pro clubs, hell in top AAA program's that's a mantra, gotta be able to play without the puck....

Pretty sure he's stapled to the bench because there's been multiple times of him just not being able to get the puck deep.....pretty sure they will talk to him between periods and give him another chance.

I'm surprised people don't complain more about this, because of all the things to complain about, to me this one's the worst. How the f***ing hell do you run an NHL org and have only 10 forwards on your roster that you trust to be on the ice? And then the trade deadline comes and you do nothing, or you have no room to do anything, it doesn't matter which is true. It defies explanation. This should never ever happen.

It's more like 10-6. Spence has an assist and he's not playing either. The Kings are deliberately, repeatedly playing a game with less players than their opponent

Agree. Hiller had his little time try things out. Perhaps it's time to go back to your normal lines. Who knows they've been better since getting rid of Todd, but it's still so odd they're still running 11 forwards and 7 D-man. Not sure any team is doing that on a consistent basis.

It doesn't matter what they do, they just don't have enough wingers to fill 6 spots for scoring line wingers, Lizotte and Turcotte and before them JAD are the same thing, converted centers with extremely limited offensive games that they are just throwing against the wall and hoping something will stick. This is also the reason that they never considered moving QB back to center, you can't weaken an already terribly weak position by moving your best winger this season to C.
