A poor man’s Quinn Hughes(60-70 points instead of 90 points) is a real possibilityZell's offensive tools are all A1, a bluechip prospect
Just about to take the team lead in points. I don’t see him looking back eitherA poor man’s Quinn Hughes(60-70 points instead of 90 points) is a real possibility
I'm sure there won't be any animosity.Gulls are playing Rockford for the 4th time in 5 games tonight.
I hope there is, but I'm drugged up again so I won't make it all the way through.I'm sure there won't be any animosity.
That coincides pretty perfectly with DeLeo coming back. There's been a cascade of good things happening since then, including Perreault, Tracey, and Gaucher all starting to play with confidence (not to mention some veterans finding their place). They were dominant last night but couldn't put any pucks past Commesso. Rockford's not great but they'd beat anyone playing like that.6-2-2 in the last 10. I guess the question is are the Gulls legitimately improving over the course of the year or is this just a byproduct of a weak Central Division schedule and the Pacific is that much better that they’re chewing the Gulls up and exposing them for what they truly are?

They've been getting great goaltending all year, that and Regenda were the only things that kept them in games early on, so the improvement in play would naturally result in a pretty stark turnaround in their record. And they still haven't had a fully healthy roster this year.
Yeah he was out sick. Without him the line is more of a rushing line. Agozzino can't cycle really like DeLeo can, strangely enough for such a small guy. The Gulls D (Carrick and Zellweger, on different pairs) lead a lot of their rushes anyway so that doesn't really change with the forward makeup.Speaking of De Leo's return from injury and health, De Leo didn't play last night either. Still, the you reported the Gulls dominated the game with the exception of the RFD goalie. That's great improvement when compared to pre-De Leo games.
Again, thanks for reporting on the Gulls. You gave last night's loss a positive perspective. The Defend the Nest guy sometimes takes time to put up his recap and sometimes skips a game or two between long stretches.
