JF Houle mentioned that a bunch of the young guys, including Mesar, will be in the line-up tomorrow in Laval's preseason game vs. Baby Sens. Also, guys like Gignac, Andersson, and Maillet will also be in the line-up.

Laval vs. Belleville @ 1PM ET today. Again, game won't be available to be watched anywhere. It's at Place Bell, but it's behind closed doors. We'll see if the game will at least be broadcast on the radio. We might be forced again to go off the stats and some highlights from Laval's twitter account.

Good news is the game will be broadcast on BPM Sports.

- Good to see Roy and Mesar being on the top line.
- Kidney, Davidson, Legare, Mesar, Mysak & Tourigny playing both preseason games.
- Good to see Struble back. Like Matheson with the Habs, his injury was probably minor and kept out for precautionary reasons.

Doesn't look good for Beaudin and that's before we send another defenceman or two from MTL.

Who's out of the lineup up front? Gignac, Bourque and who else?

Stephens, Novak & Simoneau.

On D: Beaudin & Bisson.

However, all of the guys sitting out today, aside from Bourque and Gignac, played the first preseason game.

Well that's not taking long. I'm assuming Belleville will have a much stronger team once they back all the players back that they loaned to Ottawa for last night's game against the Habs.

EDIT: I post this and Belleville scores on the PP, 2-1 Laval.

player development will be scrutinized (& rightfully so) with the abundance of young prospects and 2nd year players coming Up. Good to see Mesar with some jump. 1st round picks like Mesar “should“ be easier to develope but we all know that’s not always the case.
