With the addition of Goure the Flames now have 3 of the top 10 OHL scorers from last season in their organization (Goure, Parekh, Brzustewicz).

Interesting that we got Deni Goure who knows if he has any NHL upside, but it's good to have guys that can develop into top 6 AHL guys to provide some skill to support our higher end prospects....

Maybe 1 time in 20 one of these types of signings turns into a guy that can make an impact at the NHL level, but on many more occasions they can atleast help at the AHL level

I suspect Ignatjew will be in the ECHL

Solovyov doesn't appear to have signed overseas but is still unsigned by the Flames. Is he likely to re-signed and can he compete for.a spot with the Flames?

He received a qualifying offer so the Flames do retain his NHL rights. I'd be disappointed if he's not in the mix for the opening night roster.

being waiver eligible, it seems unlikely Solo won't be on the roster over Hanley if they only run 7D
