No chance because a) it would require the Sharks waiving him, which they won’t do; and b) there is absolutely no chance he gets a contract anywhere else - even at league minimum.

Any which way that gets Goodrow off the team should be exhausted. We can trade him for a worse contract that has some actual use even if they suck. I’d trade him for Jarry and have him back up Askarov if they’re worried about optics here for some reason. We should be spending as much as possible to help Celebrini and the rest of the group.
