Anyone else feel like Thrun seriously plays his best games when his lineup spot is threatened? Every time he gets a healthy scratch or a guy could potentially come in the lineup for him, he plays well. When he's complacent, he's awful. Not sure what to make of it... I want to avoid the lazy "entitled Harvard kid" narrative as much as necessary since I don't know him personally, but doesn't it kinda feel like that?
Kunin honestly could be a good option for them as a depth scorer. They mention Granlund in the article too, does NJ really need another top-6 C though?
Agreed on Zetterlund. No chance I move him unless Nemec or Casey is on the table. Not only is he a great hockey player, the right age for our timeline, and Eklund's bff, but he also genuinely seems like a big culture guy, and we need that.
