Sviiiiiiiiiiiiii

Can you tell me what this is? Meaning? Thanks.
Glad to see that I wasn't the only one that had that question. I found the answer on the ESPN website.

The Boston Celtics have signed free agent guard Svi Mykhailiuk to a one-year deal, the team announced Thursday.

Mykhailiuk, 26, has played for six teams across his five NBA seasons, including brief stints with the New York Knicks and Charlotte Hornets last season.

The 6-foot-7 Ukrainian guard, who played college ball at Kansas, is a quality 3-point shooter, hitting 42% of his triples across 32 games with the Knicks and Hornets last season and 36% in his career.

Mykhailiuk brings Boston's roster to 14 players, plus guards JD Davison and Jay Scrubb on two-way deals.

Edit: MarshysNoseKnows beat me to it. :thumbu:

I knew about that signing and forgot and didn't put them together. My bad. Thanks for letting me know. Ha ha

When I Google Robert William III I get:

Lakers' Bold Trade Move Acquiring Celtics' Robert Williams III. In a major move that will surely rock the NBA world, the Los Angeles Lakers acquired Robert Williams III from the Boston Celtics.4 days ago

I have been unable to find another article that confirms this trade.

Has anyone got any information on this?

Thanks in advance. I hope it is true.

No. It's not true. It's from an article somebody wrote on trades that would rock the NBA and help the Lakers.

Random question, but are preseason games worth going to? Like to good players play at all or is it just D-Leaguers and back of the bench guys?

I only ask because we're doing a weekend trip to SLC next month and looking for things to do, and I see the Jazz and Blazers are playing a game and the get-in price is like $8. I'm assuming it's probably not going to be worth it but figured I'd inquire anyway.

And if the Blazers trade Dame then even a regular season game between those two teams might as well be D-League.

Lillard just got traded to the Bucks for a package Boston could have easily matched and created a big 4

Nothing is guaranteed but I can't shake the feeling it's never gonna happen here in Boston for Tatum and Brown. Until proven otherwise I'll always think they are just good enough to get real close and come up short.

With this i can say I think the report about Lillard to Toronto was complete garbage. He was never going there.
