I'd rather roll with Raddysh and Perbix for another year. There’s might still some upside with him but I don’t think he’s the type of defensman we need. Seems like injuries have derailed his career.

So we sign Jake G for around 8x 7. We can have Hedman sign an extension saving us a million or two per year. We can resign Stamkos. After that find a take for one of sheary or perbix to sign a bottom 6 forward.

With Guentzel our top 6 looks like it'll be f***ing great with or without Stammer. Our defense actually looks competent on paper.

If we give Guentzel $8.5M we'll have $8M left to spend on 2 forward slots. Whether one of those includes Stammer remains to be seen. Either way:

Moser will probably get 2-3 million AAV he actually decent so leaves us with probably 5 million for a couple of depth forwards

It was 8 years at 2.5. Tampa offered him 20 million in total, but the offer.from the Ducks was too good. It was a similar situation with Palat the year before, though official numbers weren't stated.

I'm guessing he's looking for at least 6 or so on a 3 or 4 year deal. If Tampa moves Sheary and Perbix, they'd have 19.625. If Guentzel+JAM cost probably 14 at best, Moser at 2.5ish, Tampa would end up likely one player short of a 22 player roster. They'd have 3.125 at best for 4 spots. Even with Lilleberg and Crozier both up in this scenario, Tampa would need another 700-800k to sign 3 lower cost forwards to.reach 22 players.
