Misa, leading the OHL in scoring, sitting at home. Sennecke, 8th in scoring, sitting at home.

The coaching staff needs a lot more flack than any of the players. I also think the selection staff, which is probably a mix of coaches and their management/scouts, need to get revamped. They are very good prospects but players like Cataford, Howe, Mynio, Akey over Sennecke, Misa, Cristall, Parekh and Yakemchuk is absurd. Bonk is really good but having him as your #1 PP defenseman with all that talent is bizarre. That's a lot of goal scoring and talent left off for no real reason.

You have no way of knowing that. Complete hyperbole.

Regardless, they had momentum when they tied it 1-1, then Mynio takes a penalty 38 seconds later and it's immediately 2-1.

Then another penalty by Canada, followed by Cowan 1 minute later. Not sure where this momentum you speak of was before Cowans penalty.
Some people here are very protective of Cowan. Based on the game I watched his penalty was a dagger that hurt them and it was just a bad penalty in general

I have no idea about how they're playing as I haven't been watching.

So who are their leading scorers and where were they drafted?
You’ll have to look that part up but I do know that Cowan is leading the team in ice time for forwards

Cowan hasn’t been as dominating as I hoped he’d be, actually he’s been disappointing in the games I’ve watched. Maybe tonight he’ll turn into Brayden Point

And some people like to speak in absolutes, like Canada would've tied the game if not for Cowans penalty.

Myself, I'll stick to facts instead.

So you don't know who's leading the team in scoring, but you know who's leading in TOI? Fascinating.

Actually I saw a post about it on social media showing ice times. Is that fascinating?

I said probably would have tied the game. Absolutes ?

Yep. That's what kicked it off, essentially
This move:

lol

But then he took a rough penalty the next game, and it was kindle to flame for some people

I vividly remember how the brighter lights of the main board found Kadri solely responsible for the 2010 OT loss for... passing to the unpressured trailer on a 3 on 1

Turnovers and zero iq, not sure how He’s tearing up the O but he doesn’t look he has NHL tools.

A lot of players are looking mightly off on that team. We're focusing on Cowan because he's a Leafs prospect but he's leading that team in scoring. Try to head to an OHL game and see how good he is on the best team in the CHL.

He hasn't had a great tournament by his own standards but that whole team looks like crap. It's a short sample size tournament. He'll be ok.

Hope you’re right, but he looks slow and unintelligent out there. Looks like a guy that will score in the AHL but not in the show. Hopefully I’m dead wrong but he looks bad.

A lot of prospects are in deep trouble on that team if that's the case.

I will say that the coaching staff has been awful and the vibes looks very off from a lot of players that typically are very good. I would not take a whole lot from this tournament for any sort of long-term expectations. But I get it for a lot of people this is the few times they get to see Cowan and many other players.

Prior to the embellish penalty Both Canadian players could have crushed #10 but both were too scared. They looked like Marner and Nylander going after him.

We just learned he is years away and may never be a top 6 F. He won't help in our timeline. Good chance he becomes a piece in a bigger trade. Just is...

You don’t know what you’re talking about. Players have poor tournaments all the time. At least he’s creating opportunities for himself and others.

Turnovers and bad habits are the product of junior hockey and can be cleaned up.
