Has been a decent bat lately which is nice. Was a terrible hitter to start the year.

He's not a great base runner considering his speed.

He isn't a good defender.

Ya and his arm is a complete noodle. Great 4th OF to have around, but nothing special. Been very happy with his approach at the plate and his willingness to just get contact. Can't ask for much more considering what we unloaded to bring him in.

No doubt he started the year not hitting well, and you're right, he'll never be known as a base-stealer, but he does have speed on the basepath. My comment was more directed at the vitriol thrown his way. He's a decent 4th outfielder who doesn't really hurt you when he's playing. The hatred by some on here is unwarranted.

Nice to see Vladdy hitting more balls to the outfield.

I don't get this whole Bichette in clean-up thing. At no point this year has he been hitting so well or getting on base so often to warrant such a high place in the order and certainly not with guys like Teo and Chapman tearing it up. He should be batting more iin the 6th spot until he improves.

You can see him getting rattled when things start to go a little bit off and it snowballs from there with him . I think you’re right on - it’s all between the ears. He definitely has the stuff to pitch well. It seems like a confidence thing.
