It's needed from time to time. The players see that and know he's got their backs.

He's been more then twice as good as Raisel Iglesias getting paid 1/16 the cost. It's like a 30+ x ROI comparative to Iglesias. The Rays are the real money ball operatives on steroids.

edit - So I did the real math and factoring in bwar and average salary, Jason Adam has been 37 x the ROI over Iglesias. So you have to pay an additional 37 x the price value as Adam lol. And Iglesias has been pretty good which is crazy.

Raisel Igleasias 1 bwar cost = $14,500,000 (used avg salary over the contract not this years salary)

Jason Adam - 1 bwar cost = $ 391,304

Kikuchi does remind me a bit of Robbie Ray before he figured it out. Don’t they have a lot of similarities? Great stuff, throwing left, no command. When we got Ray, he was a lot like Kikuchi. So in theory, if Ray figured something out, can’t Kikuchi?

Especially the 8 batter who is 0-2 on night.

Man I thought long and hard about going to both these games today. Now after the finish last night I want to watch more. Could get nasty.

Huge shot by Bo in a big moment! I jumped out of my seat. He's been on fire!

Excited for the double header today, but I find it weird to have like a 3 hour break between the games. Must be weird preparing for a day like today as a player.
 
He may still be fine for Game 2, just need to get some sleep and stay hydrated and he could be fine.
 
I was thinking last night that I didn't recall seeing a shot of Manoah on the bench during the game. Thought it was weird because he's hard to miss if they show him, but kinda makes sense now.
