Is this a weak draft or just weak at the top end? I have heard that this draft is actually pretty deep but the high end ie top 5 is weaker than normal.

we've heard for a year that some teams would have guys not on lists because of limited viewings due to covid. i know he played 50 games but a lot of this draft is projection more so than in other years
