Are the Russian players blacklisted or just there is not any good ones in the top 20?

Mintyukov went 10th and is Russian. He's playing in Canada already though. Might be some apprehension with the war and what happened with the Flyers goalie about getting Yurov or Miro over here perhaps.

Not blacklisted, just could be awhile before they can come over here. They can also get drafted into the army, and you know what can happen in a war.

Korchinski and Ostlund were not in my top 26 TBH.
