Zhigalov lost his starting job in the playoffs and Sherbrooke released him in favour of a fairly mediocre UFA OA goalie who was a 13th round pick in the OHL. Kingston ultimately picked him up in the CHL draft this year.

No way that guy should get picked. I follow Sherbrooke... He is not good enough. Hlavaj was much better, and Hlavaj was not good enough either.

He was ranked second by Central Scouting Goalies (NA)

He's definitely not my favourite keeper of the draft but I wouldn/t be shocked to see someone take a late round flyer on him.
